30 years ago we purchased, renovated then lived in an originally well built 1883 Victorian House exhibiting unique features & characteristics specific to Northwich in that era. In 2017 we required a builder with wide experience & multiple skills - capable of fully repairing, renovating and dealing with everything required, for the rest of our days, to be sure of a well maintained property. This included chimneys, brickwork, pointing, wall reconstruction + joinery & woodwork maintaining Victorian featured facias, windows and fencing. A tall order! But in A M Willis Builders Ltd we found just the Firm! The professional appreciation of what was needed, recommendation of how best to achieve the right outcome and attention to detail were immaculate immaculate in all respects. His prices were fair. The performance of work over several weeks, was both cleanly and quietly achieved for ourselves and neighbours. The Firm attended to sub contracted scaffolders shortcomings without fuss or failure.
