Her clinic is kept warm and clean, it's very inviting and she uses quality products to give you the best experience. She is very knowledgeable and will happily discuss exercises to do at home for easing symptoms. Whether you're looking for remedial massage or injury management, Helen is excellent at what she does.

        I have been attending Chiltern Sports Massage since it was founded. The professionalism and skill has done wonders for my shoulders and my back as I try and balance a fitness regime with a sedentary but stressful city job. Highly recommended.
