        Bad experience to say the least. I have hired from enterprise on 3 different occasions now only to receive a totally different van size to what was required. I ordered a medium size van only to be given a full size long wheel base model on two occasions with zero prior warning. Over the past month I have received 5 fines for congestion charge (that would be helpful if enterprise warned customers new to London of the procedures regarding paying up from for these charges). I am now faced with fines upwards of 200! For one day including extortionate admin fees of 35 per pop for the privilege! I had wanted to hire from enterprise on a weekly basis however that will no longer be the case as this experience has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth not to mention a huge dent in my wallet. Clarity is key!
