Okay, but wouldnt use them again. The worktop looks alright but the drain grooves are a bit wonky as I theyre cut freehand on the front drive. To be honest, all that the company wants is your money. Following a huge measuring error (Ash will probably respond to say that we signed it off but we arent professionals and that is why we paid a premium to have someone come and measure for us, this is not the customers responsibility!), they came back to replace the worktop which was an additional cost and they wouldnt leave the property until theyd had the phone call to say that the money was in their bank. A little bit forceful and uncomfortable!

We first came across BGranite at the Home Renovations Exhibition and as well as at the Ideal homeshow in London and then followed through to visit them at their showroom to take a look. They offered a good choice of work tops and for various budgets. We liked one and chose it and got a competitive offer compared to a few other quotes we had received and chose them going by gut feel. Ash and team have delivered a wonderful wok top for us and we are very happy with it. Thanks.

THIS COMPANY REALLY NEEDED TO CHANGE THERE NAME. because it is false adverting. out of all company's I have dealt with weather traders or retailers, This has to be by far the worst!!! some of these reviews MUST BE FAKE. because the one I wrote certainly isn't! I arranged them to come over and take measurements for my work tops. when coming over they where told to call me 30 mins in advance because I didn't live in the property. so when I got the call that they where outside, I told the driver that I will be 10 mins before I get to the property. I went to my house and the fella was huffing and puffing telling me that I had him waiting and he was very busy. (really at this point I should have re-evaluated things. but I didn't.) anyway whilst measuring it was clear that the estimator was clearly really busy because he was measuring my work tops whilst on the phone to someone else. I was asked by the estimator what was going to be put in a gap that I had in my kitchen which I replied with a 600mm fridge. now this part of the job was very important because if it was measured wrong my fridge would not fit in that area. (I specifically told him on a number of occasions PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE A BIG ENOUGH GAP!!!) I actually said it so many times that we were joking about it. Ash the lady in the shop was told about the gap on a number off occasions. (one last time before paying for the worktops that cost 2500.00) 3 weeks later to when the job was actually booked in, I didn't hear from Ash In the office. I was told that the fitters will be there in the morning between 8-10 I called up at 12 and was told The fitter who was suppose to do my job couldn't make it because he was 'sick.' and there was no one else around to do the job. ( I understand things happen and if someone was sick than so be it... the part that I couldn't understand was why did I have to call them to find this out? surely I shouldn't have been the one to get the call right???) at this point NO apology or no reconfirming to when the fitters would come in. after calling and chasing for a week I was told that another fitter will come over 2 weeks later to the original date. this is the part where things actually get much worse!!! the fitters turned up and fitted the worktop. GUESS WHAT they never lefted the gap that was intended I called Ash straight away and ASH totally denied that there was suppose to be a gap left, her words were ' the worktops are fitted now and nothing can be done.' because I paid for the work tops up front she was being very awkward towards me. she than replied she can get it rectified for a future 700.00 (a mistake that she or the estimators made.) I was soo discussed by the way she treated me I found a local trader to come and cut the worktops back for 100. I want people to know that if you don't mine being lied to, you don't mind waiting around and don't mind being disrespected than this is the company for you... ASH and her team are a bunch off cowboys, (Making a mistake isn't the end of the world... but lying your way out of it isn't the solution.)
