        I am a tenant with Zeta homes. All negative comments are not true for me. In December my boiler stopped. They sent people 4 hours after my call. Thanks

        I have never written a review on a company before but had to for Zeta Homes as Ive received an awfully appalling service. They managed one of my properties until I requested for the property back. The process of handing back the property took over a year and everything in the property from white goods to bathroom, kitchen, sockets, and door handles were damaged. The owner Anthony Olakanpo admitted that they had made only one visit to the property in over 5 years since letting it out. He had repeatedly lied to me offering me promises to bring the property back up to the standard it should be but have failed to do so. They have repeatedly broken several clauses in the legal agreement. Please avoid this cowboy company.
