Church Road Pharmacy

No one working in the pharmacy bothers to receive telephone calls made by customers/patients. This is very disturbing sometimes.

I have given this Pharmacy a 4* only because it's been difficult to get hold of them by telephone sometimes. However, the overall service has been great and staff are extremely friendly and helpful and continue to provide a great service.

most important they don't answerer phone calls probably you want find one like this in whole UK

Terrible service, got a referral to speak to the pharmacist and text message that I could ring pharmacy. When ringing the pharmacy spoke to Neil Nahar was told any pharmacist could ring but would not give the name of the HCP whom would ring me. Would not give the name of the pharmacist ringing me in the afternoon. This I find very poor because as this does open up questions of fraud calls to my number/ data protection of randomly speaking to anyone. You need to address this as I asked several times for the name but was not given the pharmacist name.

Extremely rude staffs.,Not helpful and communicate with customers unprofessionally.They are very arrogant not enjoying their job at all.Feel very sad for the people in this area because some of them cant speak English they just insult them.
