So yesterday I made an appointment over the phone for a Manicure and Pedicure today at 1pm. It took me a while to find the salon for a start because it's a different name from the website and nobody answered the phone... Eventually I found it and the nail technition wasn't even there. Another lady was there and tried to help but she didn't seem to know what I was trying to say. She phoned the technition who answered to her and spoke to me on the phone and said there was no appointment made after I definately phoned and booked it at 12:30 yesterday. I was told to come back at 2:30. I had to check my availability so I was given a business card which was the same phone number but this time advertising food. I called to confirm 2:30 was okay just to get a response that I could barely understand listing different times. I just said forget it and got off the phone. Its my 30th Birthday on Tuesday and wanted my nails done nice for it. I may not get another appointment anywhere else before then now. In future I will be checking the reviews before booking anywhere. I feel very let down and disappointed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON( FULL STOP)

Love my nails everytime. Make sure you go! They last so well.
