        Id give 0 if I could. Passed an MOT that should have failed. Shouted at me down the phone and told me its not my decision to decide if my car has been deemed NOT road worthy - when advised by a different garage who actually knows what theyre doing. Asked for name & got defensive. Put the phone down on me. Very threatening & RUDE.
