        I Started this club in 2013 and has not disappointed me, it is such an Amazing club. It has a wide range of martial arts like MMA, karate, wrestling, K1, kickboxing and etc. Shout out to Sensei Arif for being the best teacher there is and I cant think of anyone better. I would highly recommend everyone to join Al Qawi Self defence :)

        I recommend Arifs training to everyone especially adults . He helped me train for an event last October and can say he knows how to give you a good work out keeping in mind not to push too hard so would highly recommend it if you have the time to join him. I really enjoyed it and it helped me for the Tough Mudder event that I was attending.
