        Terrible customer service. Kept increasing prices whilst talking. Was will to pay 40 but unfortunately I decided to walk out due to the manner the staff spoke to me. Spend your money elsewhere

        If I could give a 0 star I would. Avoid this shop at all cost. They lied and showed me something fresh and then switched the box for a old off jasmine. When I went back on the same day to tell them I want to exchange as you haven't given me what you showed me, they was very rude and refused to exchange or even refund and lied saying you made them go brown! Absolute filthy liars and they over charged me. Find somewhere else to buy your flowers!

        We been buying from this shop for many years now - they moved from Manor Park to Gants Hill recently - they are specialist flower shop catering to temple goers - great variety of items relating to South Indian temple puja - they also sell gorgeous fragrant Indian jasmine flower
