Hello everyone. My sick leave was about to finish on 1.07.22 & my next appointment was on 06.07.22 due to busy schedule. I was getting difficulty in getting my sick note. But Ms. Shirley arranged sick note by discussing with doctor at priority before my appointment on 06.07.Otherwise it would be very difficult for me to get my sick pay.All staff are very co-operative and special thanks to Shirley to help me out in such difficult situation.

I had an appointment with Dr Redshaw a few weeks back and he was the most rudest unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. Throughout the appointment he was very dismissve of my issues and he did not take me seriously whatsoever. During the appointment he did not type up anything (I am not sure if he did this when I left) and he was trying to diagnose me with illnesses where I had clearly stated my symptoms did not match. His tone and attitude was absolutely disgusting he scoffed when I brough t up issues. He was very argumentative and told me that my problems were not serious because I do not experience them on a daily basis. He was also making comments about how the way I dealt with my symptoms were unhygienic. However, I still felt my problem was serious and when I mentioned it back he said to me in the rudest tone 'So, what do you want me to do?'. He was speaking to me as if I was his friend and not his patient. Overall, Dr Edward Redshaw was so rude and unprofessional, I was dissapointed because I had heard he was a good doctor, but that was not the case. Do not book an appointment with him, it is a waste of time and you will leave feeling very angry and dismissed. My advice to you would be book an appointment with Dr Samantha Shaw she is the best doctor at this practice.
