If there is zero,I will give,this is worst era if this hospital,u will call after waiting fir 30mins before your call is picked,you talk to a very rude receptionist who says you need to call again to book the same appointment another day,at the end of the day,this gp is non functional anymore,pur children are deteriorating and rushing them to A& E. Even if you book fir medication,they will not treat the Dr I.q app that they are using to chase people away from the hospital,I feel like crying sometimes,the best thing may be is to avoid this trauma of an hospital the doctors though if you are fortunate to meet them and pleasant.

Can't book an appointment, calls are taking way too long, noone is picking up. I went to the reception at 8:20 i asked if i can book an appointment, because noone is answering the phone, they said call us at 8 o'clock. I asked can i call you right now, so i see that you pick up, they said calls are done for today. So what they just pick up calls until 8:20 or something? Whole last week i was doing registrations and stuff identity checks, now this whole week i can't get an appointment, they make you wait weeks and weeks. Poor service

****We have tried to book urgent appointments for my family who are struggling with severe illnesses.**** I was shocked by how absolutely disgusting this GP surgery place is. The receptionist guy speaks ruthlessly, with an angry tone. I was not sure if I was talking to a healthcare provider or the local butcher shop. After speaking to some locals, the common view is that this surgery is run like a butcher shop by a list of unqualified and unfit people who simply lack training and knowledge in patients/healthcare. We are surprised how a place like this in the UK exists. We are hoping this surgery improves and, therefore, simultaneously engaging the local newham Council and the NHS trust with unacceptable exchanges between the receptionist and various patients. ****I have been informed that a formal inquiry should begin soon.**** I understand the resource is stretched, but the people deserve to be at least treated better in Newham. If this does not improve and anything happens to my family members, we will keep the people in this surgery accountable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This practice is filled with untrained receptionists who are rude and have no idea of the impact of poor service gives to patients. They have time and time again messed up documents, made me wait weeks and weeks for signed documents with the excuse on the day of collection of we cannot guarantee it will be ready They have messed up prescriptions and take days to Answer via the app. This surgery is a joke and the quicker they get newly trained staff the better. I am shocked at how downhill this practice has gone in the last 10 years. When a problem arises they refuse to give a managers name to take it further. They also delete bad comments from Their NHS webpage as I have left multiple reviews there that was magically disappeared. Worst service.
