        Rude racist people. Not serving customers at all. Not listening what the customer wants. No collections or drop offs for amazon and dhl etc. they should stop their service with them. Bad attitude. Cant speak English. All Indian workers very rude.

        Old guy behind counter is a joke. Firstly, you cant even understand his conversation let alone dealing with him. Secondly, hes very rude and aggressive towards customers. Thirdly, that shop has a hygiene issue. And lastly, they make up their own rules when it comes to Amazon or collect plus collection

        Please don't use this shop for collect plus return ..the worst service ever I've been went through in my life ..the guy works behind the counter , he's just rubbish , he doesn't know what to do ..he needs to be more smart .

        I wouldn't even give 1 star, don't use this store for collect plus or yodel parcel collection, guy who works in the store knows nothing he will say wrong code, tell you to come back when owner comes back to close the store at night, yodel customer service phone up store he will not pick up and answer absolute ridiculous. I will make official complaint with yodel for this
