Should have listened to previous review about charging for work with no permission given. Came round to carry out a service, said he couldn't service as the boiler was too old. Then proceeded to disconnect our boiler leaving us with a baby and no hot water I believe to force our hand into getting ripped off on his overpriced quote! Was quoted 3400 for an ideal brand boiler. As most sensible people should I got two more quotes 1st quote was 2100 as it happens was for a same brand boiler another quote 2200 for a Valliant boiler. Now wants to invoice me for disconnecting the boiler which we certainly didn't ask for and didn't want to happen! How can Berry's plumbing and heating quote be 1200 dearer than another company! Be very warey even getting a quote as if you don't go with it I'm sure you will get a bill for something anyway!
