        Katie and Shannon was excellent. Quick and effectively staffs. First time using them, she explain the A-Z of everything. Return the car, was gone in 5mins. Doesnt keep the customers waiting. Shannon ;)

        booked via website within 60 seconds had a phone call from them, we will need a 200 deposit that needs to be paid now on a credit card and wont take debit card ...........ridiculous asked for a refund but the take up to 5 days not helpful when you need a car the day after for work is is then said nothing we can do i will pass you to customer service, sent me to the booking line poor woman had no idea passed me to customer service who just moved my booking to another branch that did not have this stupid rule very odd thing to ask for don't trust them.
