Was referred by my GP for minor surgery and was booked in for that surgery in under 3 weeks. Practitioner was very good. Calmed my nerves, explained the procedure well and was very professional. I was told I would get a call after a week to schedule a second surgery, but actually received that call 24 hours later with a choice of dates. Brilliant service

I had a minor surgery this morning and cant remember the last time I had such a good experience at a medical appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and I was seen super quickly by Lesley and Hollie who were both so lovely. I was a bit nervous, but they were very reassuring and explained the procedure and couldnt have done more to put me at ease. Such a great service, cannot express my gratitude to the team enough. Thank you so much.

Had minor surgery at the willows - staff work at this practice - and had a really pleasant experience all things considered. I will still give the team 5 stars, the only slight problem I had was I was under the impression by booking staff that it was a consultation first. I was somewhat surprised to have the surgery that day but in all honesty it probably meant that I couldn't get too nervous about it. The team who conducted the procedures were amazing, really helpful and informative. I'm a student nurse myself and when we got speaking about things, it actually became a really good learning experience for me too! I am really happy with how quickly I was offered an appointment (I had to take a later one for my schedule) but I could have been seen really quickly. I also loved that I was in and out really quickly, it all seemed so effortless. Really impressed with the ladies I saw and I hope one day to be even half as good as they were with me.
