Bryn's Skip Hire Bolton

I thought Bryns was a good choice in skip hire due to it being cost efficient, however, after emailing, calling and texting to number given I had no response in over 2 weeks for anyone. I waited so long with my back room full of stuff needing to be chucked that I just ended up going to Kennys down the road. I waited so long after reading other reviews saying they were rude. If they left that other reviewer as long as they left me with no communication then they dont have a leg to stand on to have a go at anyone. Its anyones guess really.. anyway, if you want quick and efficient service, just go to kennys, least they book online and even if you do call, they answer.

Had skip from them previously and had no problems. This time the skip was delivered however getting them to pick it up has been 9 weeks challenge. Needless to say the skip is still here!

Honestly, just do not bother. Used Dixons in the past and thought I'd try Bryn's as it was cheaper. Only have myself to blame as the service is appalling. No communication at all and because they take cash only when they deliver the skip, there is no incentive for them to pick it up again. I expect they only collect when they run out of skips.

If I could give a minus I would, a week late dropping the skip off and 10 weeks later the skip has still not been collected. At first was promised many times that it would be collected and now they don't even pick up the phone or respond to messages. Reporting to Environmental Health and Trading Standards as I'm sick of being messed about. Thought I was getting a bargain but next time I'll pay the extra and go with professionals
