I have lost count of the times i have been in this practice on behalf of my neighbours unfortunately his wife jennifer sutton passed on 5th april because no one ever sent proper care to her he has metastatic cancer and they see fit not to provide him with proper care and attention he has spent the weekend in pain because the cant seem to get to grips with the needs of the very poorly len sutton where on earth are the doctors for this practice

The doctor that was on duty on the 27/02/2023 was very rude and it didnt make me and my daughter comfortable at all. It was really bad

Been today for Covid booster. Greeted with a friendly smile from reception and politely asked to take a seat. In a very short time was greeted once again by the fantastic lady helping to complete the covid questionnaire. After my very first Covid vaccination performed elsewhere, I experienced horrendously painful problems with my shoulder for approx 18 months which left me in total agony. This lady confirmed what had been previously denied by other health professionals that this was indeed a common issue due to inexperienced poorly trained people placing the injection site too high. I was reassured that this would not be a problem and that I was in good hands. I was then introduced to the lady who was to give me my injection who was also nothing other than fantastic, once again confirming the inaccuracy of the injection site was to blame for the previous issue. The injection was done by this lady professionally and completely painless, all within an extremely short period of time. For this service, I cannot recommend highly enough and a very big thank you to all who helped me today.
