On the 20/4/23 my husband had an appointment for 4.25 , he came out of work (in blackburn ) with plenty of time to get there, unfortunately there was a serious accident on the motorway which made him late i his wife rang to tell them but they didnt even want his name they just said if hes more than ten mins late they wouldnt see him . He actually got there at 4.37 and because he wasnt there when called his name they refused to see him even though he explained the circumstances.. I am beyond disgusted with this practice that had absolutely no compassion but actually made him sit and wait until 5.00 before they turned him away unbelievable unprofessional treatment and I am going to make an official complaint
