After 10 years of stress due to substandard product, (parts scratched, bent, damaged, two sections don't fit together, aluminium shavings amongst all the parts) horrific lead times for product, waiting up to 3 months for an answer to new inquiries (no exaggeration) waiting months for credits and customer service that is without doubt the worst I have ever experienced. I contacted Inal, within a week new drawings provided, the following week dies ordered and quantities required discussed and ordered, delivered on time and most importantly the quality is just incredible, (all the parts fit perfectly together, colour perfect and not one scratch on any section) response to all emails professional and super quick, basically how you would expect any reputable company to run their business why oh why did I wait so long to move. I won't name the Company in this review but feel free to contact Cue Craft Limited and we will happily tell you who to avoid as I certainly would not want anyone to go through what we have experienced! Thank you INAL I feel like I have lost a stone with the huge weight that has been lifted from my shoulders.

Excellent goods out team including very professional fork truck driver. Limited yard space.
