Been trying to get an appointment for over 3 weeks and still cant get through!! Waiting on the line for over an hour- absolutely disgraceful. By the time I get through there will be no appointments yet again.

Would have give no stars if possible absolutely terrible doctors surgery....they leave the phone off the hook or when you ring it won't even let you through and then when you do get through you get met by snotty unhelpful staff been try to get through for days now over something I think is very worrying and important....co.plete waste of time I'm now going to change my docters

Unhelpful and not interested in the patient's concerns and wellbeing. I have ended up in a&e twice because they didn't bother to investigate the health problems that I had.

This practice is rediculous! Was on hold for 1hr and 45 mins from number 10 in the que to be told to ring back Monday at 08:00! The receptionist is said she was the only one in to answer the phone. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
