        Very disappointed after what was initially a really good service and professional communication. There was some repair work that needed doing which was done to a good standard but the original fault with the sealant replacement in the bathroom, that had caused the leak, was done to a very poor standard. After a second visit the problem remained and the sealant hadn't been fixed properly. Communication then stopped. Considering I paid a reasonable sum of 1200, it's frustrating that I will need to pay a second tradesperson to come back out and do further work.
