The Muddy Paw

I was unaware that Muddy Paws is under new ownership. I had regular taken my dog to get her claws cut. Under the old ownership this had been quick and efficient with care focussed on my dog. The process this time took longer and I was then told that the cost had increased by 100%. Worse than this, on leaving the shop I could see that my dog had claws that had bled. This never happened in the past and I will not be returning.

Fab groomers. Our Oska loves his pamper treatments and the staff are amazing with him. Always had our boy looking more handsome after his trip to The Muddy Paw.

I had booked my Airedale terrier in for his haircut many weeks ago as Lucy at Muddy Paw always does a fantastic job. Today we made the long and stressful journey (for the dog) from our house over to Billing Wharf Northampton which is 40 minutes to be told Lucy no longer works there and they could no longer fit my dog in they didnt even try to contact me to cancel and to say Im angry is a massive understatement!!!! Ill never ever use this unprofessional dog grooming service ever again and certainly wont be suggesting it to anyone else Disgusting service Mark Sawford Continued from your response: My Airedale terrier was booked in via email so are you telling me you dont keep confirmation emails which have my email address?? Its stored on computer so please dont give me your rubbish excuses. Like Ive said 1hour 20 minutes over to you and back and much stress caused to my dog!!! Im absolutely fuming with your VERY bad run dog grooming service and wont ever return and Ill continue to put others off visiting
