Couldn't be more impressed. From the first phone call to the moving team driving away from our new home Walkers were outstanding... AND we were one of the examples of not getting our keys until late in the day, so not only did they arrive by 8.30am as agreed, getting us out by noon, but they then waited around as we did, finally moving us in by 6.30 pm (including breaking down and reassembling furniture). The team that supported us were efficient, polite and so clearly knew what they were doing it made a stressful day so much easier. I would always recommend them and certainly would use them again. Could not recommend Walkers Removals enough. Our move was a nightmare from start to finish with delayed exchange (3 days before move) and not getting keys till 4pm on day of completion. Walkers were amazing throughout the entire process, so understanding and patient. Jan in the office was beyond helpful and made a really stressful situation that bit more bearable. Guys who packed and moved us into our new home were brilliant, friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely wont be moving again any time soon, but would 100% use Walkers again. Absolutely amazing service throughout! Thank you so much!

Our story is rather different. Our move was initially planned in August, for another property 1hr away, we were given a quote for this. We finally completed on another property 20 mins away, we were told it would be a 3 day move which is of course reflected in the quote. On Thursday 13th October, the team arrived punctually, within 30mins they requested tea by dropping hints, when we didnt provide biscuits, they were not happy! On completion day, 14th October, the crew arrived and commenced the move, all boxs were clearly marked, once we completed (12 ) the crew commenced offloading, all boxes were clearly marked, in a rush to finish early on Friday (effectively a 2 day move) to move everything, the garage can only be described as a mountain stuff piled high up, cant get in to sort through it, boxes for bedrooms were in garage, boxes for garage were upstairs etc etc. We were given the bill before they left, we paid over 3000. The washer and dryer move was also included in the price, I ended up disconnecting the machine as the men were completely unfamiliar with moving a washer, at the new property both washer and dryer were dumped in the utility, with myself having to install and move both into place. A very dissatisfied customer paying top notch prices for substandard service. Dont use, go the Smeeton Panton!

Professional, friendly and efficient from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble. Walkers engagement made the day go smoothly. Would highly recommend.
