The website bears very little relation to the colour brochure. The colour options on Style 487 leggings do not list the Brown Leopard I wanted to order and there is no way to select the size. The 10% discount is not enough incentive to persevere with this awful website. Then as a result of the above review you fixed the page ! So I have paid for leggings that are not in stock and will be delivered in 6 weeks time !! Delays blamed on Covid etc.. come on, get back to normal working practices please!

What a lovely chat I had with one of your customer service advisors yesterday. My fussy daughter wears black but the one of two wraps I ordered was held up in Nepal. Fearing it not being in by Christmas I phoned for help. The phone lady walked into the warehouse next door and we discussed several alternatives based on darkness factor. I settled on outer space. Sure daughter will love it ( she's a habitual scarf loser) and I'm reassured my wrap will be here for Christmas. Service!!!!

Bought some products to keep my cashmere items (shampoo, cedar essential oil) on the 11th of December and got a dispatch email on the 15th of December. As items had not arrived on the 4th of January, got in contact with customer services and was advised to wait until today, Friday (8th of January), as Royal Mail is apparently overwhelmed. Today, upon ringing again, i am informed the item was never actually dispatched and is going to be posted today. While I see COVID makes life complicated, being able to keep your customers updated with the correct information is key. Not impressed at al.

The original purchase was a disappointment as it was purchased as a present. After some correspondence with The Cashmere Centre, they successfully resolved the issue and I was very impressed with their customer service. Thank you.
