        We had a lovely stay at Hosted Place. The hotel itself was very tranquil. The staff were friendly, helpful, chatty and good humoured. The hotel is home to a golf course, but the company have endeavoured to retain the history of the building and the gardens are also well cared for and you can almost hear the young royal family of old playing in the grounds. The food was also lovely. Highly recommend a stay here and we'll hopefully return one day. Walkability: Easy walking. Paths if needed, be careful of golfers and large lake to walk to
