Reflex Restore

I had a fabulous treatment with Laura. She is an excellent reflexologist. A calm, friendly environment coupled with her incredible knowledge of physical and emotional well being. I will be back again.

I have just got home from my appointment and I can hand on heart say that I feel utterly relaxed. Having never had reflexology before and not being a massive fan of my feet, I wasn't sure how I was going to manage. However, Laura was amazing. The atmosphere was lovely and the whole experience was fabulous. Wanting to understand the experience, Laura talked me through the different areas and where she found niggles she worked on them. I cannot recommend her highly enough, I really loved it and will definitely be back for more. Thank you!

Im so glad I decided to have a session with Laura today! Ive never had reflexology before and didnt know much about it, so was unsure what to expect. Laura explained everything and was very calming and reassuring from the beginning. Her little studio is so relaxing- I felt myself calming as soon as I walked in. Shes also very perceptive- Laura perceived the times I just wanted to relax and enjoy the experience, but took the time to explain what she was doing when she perceived I wanted to talk and understand a bit more. I loved it so much Im booking regular sessions now.
