Canine Concepts - Dog Health Products In Hertfordshire

Purchased a bird cage (Primo 50) which was delayed by courier. When it arrived it was damaged, called Canine Concepts, late on a Wednesday afternoon, to inform them of the issue, make them aware that we needed it for the next day and to see what they could do. After some of the reviews I was really not sure what to expect, rung them but to no avail, tried again a few moments later. Got a very polite individual, who asked me to forward him on some pictures of the damage to confirm what I had told him, no haggling, no debates, just Amazon levels of customer service At the end of the call he said he would be able to replace the item next day if I got the pictures to him asap and was to give the damaged one to charity? So as requested sent the pics and awaited a reply..., within 10mins I had received an email with dispatch info and a tracking number, stating that the replacement was due for delivery tomorrow. Tomorrow came, so did the cage. Undamaged and on time. I can highly recommend them, me and my feathered friend really cannot complain. A quality service and hugely appreciate there efficiency and overall professionalism. Thanks again.

Mis sold item, incorrect details on website. 5 phone cals to the company, and 2 emails sent and not had a single response. Non existent customer service - would seriously suggest not purchasing from this outfit.

Ordered a cat radiator bed, it was faulty - this company do not answer any calls, had an email asking for photos?? Told them I had boxed the item back. Ive paid a courier to ship it back and I know they have received it- still no refund?? Im going to trading standards about this company!!! Avoid them - they DONT deserve your custom!!!

I ordered a dog crate I urgently needed so paid extra next day delivery. Still havent got the crate! This company dont answer the phone or emails. I will be cancelling the credit card payment and let them deal with it. DONT USE!!!

I placed an order a week ago, paid for next day delivery, still haven't received my order even though I had a message saying its been delivered. Cannot get a response from anyone, have requested a refund by noone has contacted me. Disgraceful
