Terrible after service. I bought a swing seat from them. Very expensive and was charged extra for the both the cover (at first I was told it was included) and pallet delivery (he drove it over in his van). After the cover developed a rip I was told a replacement was on its way. The cover never arrived. I was very patient. I waited 10 months. When I requested a refund for the cover he said Id need to return the faulty one. This had gone in the bin almost a year ago. I have no idea why the request to return it wasnt made at the time. No returned cover no refund. Avoid if you can. Youll save a little now but may pay for it later.

Fantastic company to deal with! Chris organised the delivery of a wonderfully designed garden swing that is solid, cleverly engineered and very attractive. It has a rustic feel to it, but with modern elements that allow it to suit any location. The spruce wood is great quality, as is the ergonomically fitted seat cushion, which feels comfortable, but also appears very hard-wearing. We're really happy with it and would definitely recommend. Awesome!
