bought a Versace underwear, look and quality was different from the other pair i purchased from Versace shop, therefore, i took the good to Versace shop to authenticate it, turns out product is not original, They ask to investigate further however i refused to co-operate, I return it and got refund.

Excellent! Communication was easy via email and phone, and delivery was smooth. Jess and Natalie were extremely professional. The British Royal Mail got in trouble with their international shipments because of a hack. Regardless, UnderU handled the situation very well and communicated clearly where the issues were. With a bit patience everything arrived the best way and to my fullest satisfaction. People are asking here: Of course, their products are genuine and they sell products produced by the real brands.
