        3 months in of training here and loving it. Having written off doing any meaningful exercise due to injuries, multiple joint rebuilds and arthritis, I have been super impressed by the team who have really helped me navigate my way back into training. At every turn they have been supportive and adapted the training to my limitations. I have heard many say that they feel that CrossFit is intimidating - not with this lot. The coaches and members could not have been more welcoming. Thank you Chris, Hadley and Matty! Game changer!
