A beautiful simple church with lots of interesting history. Very peaceful. Made famous by T.S. Elliott as mentioned in his poem. A wonderful place for contemplation and an ideal setting for a retreat. The snowdrops are fabulous.

And now for something completely different! Behind trees at the top of a hill, past a windmill, yet visited by King Charles I and poet T S Eliot - Little Gidding church. Where the satnav says 'you've reached your destination' and there's only sheep, trees + an overgrown tiny road. Continue down that road about half a mile you come to a free car park with a tiny path that leads to this tranquil and atmospheric place.
