Purchased a 4m pro bell tent from their eBay store going under the name of "retro tents" was pleased I'd gotten such a good deal, that is till you have a problem, on our first trip out we noticed spots of mould on one of the windows and the stitching on the stove hole cover was not finished correctly and poorly finished, . Messaged the seller who refused to put it right by way of replacement, and told me to cut the stitching and wash the mould , . Oh yes and if I wanted the defective tent replacing I'd have to pay over 100 extra . Also lying by saying he purchased the tents from vintage tent company, whilst showing a picture of himself, and it was Steve the owner lol . Avoid this company at all costs as their customer service is non existent when problems arise , . Thank goodness Im on lots of different bell tent groups so as I can warn others to avoid them aswell. What a joke of a company and hopefully I'm able to help others by giving a nice write up on the groups I'm involved in to not be fooled by this sham .

I bought eight 4m standard tents and one 6m deluxe tent for my glamping site. The company were fantastic to deal with and even met me with the tents to make the delivery quicker. The tents are great quality. The 6m is huge! The standard 4m option was surprisingly good quality given the price I paid.

Bought a 5m bell tent from the Vintage Tent Company just in time for late summer trip to the South Downs. Honestly it is a thing of beauty, wonderfully made, seems high quality of materials throughout. Very glad I chose this company after researching quite a bit. The 10% discount made it a very good deal. Steve was also incredibly helpful and friendly as I asked plenty of questions. I certainly recommend.

A great company to deal with quick to get in touch..my 5meter bell tent is smashing a new style for me but it was easy to put up even on a windy day.Everything about it seems top quality...first real test of it will be at Towersey Festival in August...can't wait!

100% recommend buying a bell tent from The Vintage Tent Company. Steve is great to deal with and he's selling a quality product. One of the key things to look for when buying a bell tent is the quality of the cotton canvas. Vintage Bell tents are 320 GSM 100% cotton canvas, mildew/UV and waterproof. When searching I found many bell tents using poorer quality cotton. Steve provided excellent advice to help me buy and has a super helpful video on how to set up. Setting up the bell tent was 10x easier than our standard tunnel style tent. We had other campers come and ask us where we purchased our bell tent. Steve also helped with what stove to use in inside the bell tent, so we were nice and warm in the evenings. We're a family of 4 (children aged 8 and 10) and the 5m bell tent was the perfect size for us. We went for a week to Cornwall. I'd highly recommend buying your bell tent from the Vintage Tent company
