        We have been using Cottage Cattery for 8yrs. It is run by a couple who are very reliable, straightforward and is fair priced. They have a shorter opening time on Sundays which is limited to a Sunday morning pick up. I have no hesitation in recommending the Cattery.

        Made the mistake of phoning on a Sunday to ask about potentially booking our cats in. Terrible customer service, they made no attempt to accommodate me as a new customer after I simply asked to look around the place, or see some pics of it. I heard someone in the background say 'tell them we're closed today'. This was despite the gentleman who answered the phone answering with "cottage cattery". I apologised for being such an inconvenience and will never call them again.
