        Had an issue with our upvc door lock failing. Called Joe and explained the issue. He knew what the probable issue was, and gave us a approximate price. Called at 10.30am and was round and done by 3.45 on the same day. Quick, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Both times he has been polite and helpful, also very professional and quick in responding to our requests and in doing the work, which is of a great standard. Will use him again in the future.
