We just moved into the area, which meant finding a new network of professionals. Bryan was simply fantastic, and we know who to call for all appliance issues in the future. He arrived to fix a dishwasher which wasn't working when we moved in, and pinpointed the issue swiftly and effectively - despite it being a somewhat unusual one - and what is more then also took time out of his day to fix a number of other issues he spotted around the kitchen, including fixing the fitting of the dishwasher (which was incorrectly installed originally, meaning it didn't fully open). This was such a tremendous help and rare. Throughout, Bryan conveyed transparency, a deep knowledge of his field, and kindness, and was just a pleasure to chat with while he was working.
