Customer Service is excellent. I live in Singapore, and wanted to frame a picture for my Dad for Christmas 2020. Ally communicated with me on WhatsApp to understand what I wanted. And delivered the framed picture to my parents in Suffolk. Its Beautiful! Best gift ever!

A last minute gift for an important anniversary needed framing in a hurry and Ally couldn't have been more helpful. His attention to detail is impressive and he worked very hard to ensure the the picture was framed exactly as I wanted, including frame style, material, colour, mount style and size, and the type of glass used. He gave advise freely and with great enthusiasm. His personal service is wonderful and he delivered it to my home the very next day.

I had my cross-stitch picture framed with Alb-framing. The framer came to my house and spent a long time making sure I had time to choose from his many frame examples and suggesting styles and colours that might suit the picture. He was able to sort a lovely frame and special glass within my budget. It was delivered to my house within 2 weeks, very pleased with result. Very professional service.
