A very prompt response. Another firm wanted to replace the leaking tap without investigating first and quoting nearly 500! Damien however took the time, dismantled, cleaned the existing bath mixer tap and left it in good working condition for a fraction of the cost. I honestly can't say enough good things about this firm! They took over a whole house of poorly installed plumbing, including a two-storey, under floor heating system installed by another plumbing company; which didn't work and a new boiler that wasn't connected. They ordered in all the missing parts and got everything up and running quickly and efficiently.... They then plumbed in my new kitchen, utility room and outside shower. I was so impressed with their honestly, professional approach and high level of attention to detail that I then asked them to tile the downstairs cloakroom and install all sanitary ware and fittings.... the list goes on, but due to the quality of work and nonsense or fuss attitude, I would never get anyone else to work in my house again. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and suggest you save yourself a lot of potential issues and do the same thing too! I had a new boiler installed at my premises whilst I was not there and can only say how pleased I was of the service provided. This efficient company always get back to you as soon as they can and they are extremely trustworthy clean and tidy. Brilliant company
