We spent 2,450 for treatments advised for my beautiful Lucy pancreatic cancer Our oncology Dr Medley from Torbay Hospital disccredited the Drs recommendations on what treatnents were best for Lucy she said the treatments were for breast cancer And at oncology they are not proper Drs Lucy passed away after nearly 17 month battle 13/03/2020. 20/10/21 The NHS couldn't give a toss unless we had private health insurance To which Dr Medley was also private Dr It's DISGRACEFUL It's all about money Dr Medley should be struck off

***UPDATE*** Upgraded my review to two stars as I got a full refund a few months later. Extremely disappointed. Purchased two day 2 kits 4 days in advance of landing to ensure a seamless testing time. One kit arrived the day after we landed and the other on day 5. I ended up buying a third kit which still hasn't arrived, 6 days after buying. This wasnt a royal mail issue as we recieved tracking and it wasn't dispatched quickly at all. Took the tests finally and they have been with the lab for 2 days with no results. I understand it's Christmas but surely they would expect a higher number of tests during the holidays. Will never use again. Ridiculous. Will be asking for a refund.

This is a first class service. Fast and no nonsense. The analysis was accurate and I have survived for an extended period on their recommended targeted treatment.

Refused to process a refund after a mistaken order, despite the test not having been sent out, then sent out the test despite several emails being sent to request a refund. They are now ignoring emails. Don't use these guys.
