Hastoe Housing Association

We have experienced disgusting anti social behaviour and have vehicles damaged by other tenants had things stolen from my property by other tenants aswel. I have had mould growing for 4 years which comes every winter and damages my home!! Nothing ever gets repaired properly

Joanne Donovan Her work on behalf of complaints is not fit for purpose, After lots of cross wires with the previous area manager , Joanne feels it professional to argue back on the phone mention as a way of point scoring my arrears of which I am paying back every month, this was due to a knock on effect from Covid and work It would seem She has no time for any tenants Very poor and not fit for purpose in my opinion, and I see by the reviews on here it pretty much the same for others

Seeing as my constant pestering is being ignored , Ill leave a review, maybe thatll get your attention?? I reported my back door being unable to lock back in APRIL. The fact that I am still waiting for my back door to be repaired is beyond a joke. I have called and emailed multiple times about this. I have gone 6 MONTHS using rope to secure my door shut! Ive had to install a chain now to make it more secure. The door now doesnt close fully , I am able to fit a finger in the door. And during this past downpour, rain has started to enter my home. I have a child that deserves a home that is safe and secure. Hastoe, you have well and truly let me down. I pay my rent without fail every month. I have never been reported to you for being unsociable, loud Ect, I have kept the house in good order and respected the building. The lack of care for your tenants is absolutely disgusting.

Hastoe is a terrible housing association, they don't repair things properly.
