I have been training with Alex for about 2 years and I can honestly say I've enjoyed every session. I have grown in strength and confidence as well as losing weight. His enthusiasm is infectious and really helps keep you motivated. The even better benefit of Phit Lifestyle is that if Alex is ever away I was offered to work with Natasha and I could tell a thorough handover had taken place and it didn't feel like starting from scratch again. You really feel like the whole team works behind you and supports all clients regardless of who they train with. Great facility and team!

I've been working with my personal trainer Natasha for around 6 months now, and the improvements I've experienced have been amazing. Not only have my fitness levels increased...I've also gained a level of invaluable knowledge in how to look after and improve my body using my strengths and weaknesses to my advantage. I feel like a lot of personal trainers these days simply implement strategies which are widely viewed as the most effective to each of their clients, but at PHIT Lifestyle it's clear to see that the PT's will use the techniques which they feel are most suitable to the individual, and I love this level of personalisation. The fresh approach which I've encountered at the facilities in Amersham has been hugely motivating in my efforts to improve myself as a person, both physically and mentally, and I can't thank or recommend Natasha enough!

I was looking for a personal trainer in Amersham and spoke to several gyms and trainers. I had Phit Lifestyle recommended by a friend so called and spoke to Natasha. She was very helpful so I went for a trial session. This worked really well so Ive been using Natasha twice a week for about 6 months. The gym facilities are very good with plenty of equipment coupled with innovative ideas on how to use this which helps prevent the sessions from being too repetitive. Its also nice that there are other people using the facilities and makes it a really friendly atmosphere. Its a comfortable and friendly environment, not full of guys lifting weights! Natasha is personable and very motivating. She makes you work and pushes you further than you would normally go when working on your own. The sessions are both challenging and enjoyable. I definitely feel stronger and have toned up. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend PHIT lifestyle if youre looking for a personal trainer in the Amersham area.

I have been training with Natasha at her superb facility in Amersham for about a year, attending both the Monday evening group classes and having individual one to one sessions. Monday evening circuits are always fun and varied and it's great to work alongside other like minded people. One to one sessions are particularly tailored to your own needs and goals - my strength and flexibility have both improved greatly - I have muscle definition and despite suffering from sciatica can now touch my toes easily. I would not have believed this to be possible a year ago. Natasha's nutritional advice is also sound and not based around fad ingredients only available in health food shops and complicated recipes. The gym itself is a large airy space with functional equipment not dominated by the cardio equipment so common in commercial gyms and the 4 personal trainers who work out of there each have their own specialities so you will always find one who will suit your needs best - they also cover each other's holidays so you won't need to break up your own routine. Sports physiotherapists Paul Magee and his colleague Tom Powell complete the team - both are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent treatments working out of the therapy rooms a couple of days a week. All in all a great package for personal training in Amersham.
