        Jules (The Tech Fairy) great name, called to my house yesterday to help me renew my Irish passport online. I found her knowledgeable, helpful and very understanding of my particular problems with my application. I would have no hesitation in contacting her again to help me with any future computer issues. Also, I have no hesitation in recommending Julesif you are tearing your hair out, banging your head against the wall

        Many stars for the TechFairy. I am an octogenarian child trying to recapture my RAF youth by using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. It is an excellent program but I am not a big MS fan. The program failed to load after about six months and, not a regular user of a Windows machine, I was really stuck. Jules came to the rescue despite it not being a usual IT request. Very prompt service and she fixed the problem with all the appropriate updates made. I am now back in the cockpit and cannot praise Tech Fairy enough. Very reasonable charges, very efficient. Very grateful.
