Utterly disgusting customer care. I had requested two fabric buttons. The main a very obvious right and wrong side. Buttons returned with the main fabric wrong side out . I accept, mistakes can be made and sent a friendly email explaining the problem. I had no reply. So made a phone call. I was apparently dealing with the owner. He was offensive and rude from the moment I spoke. In a very dismissive tone I was told to send the buttons back. Nothing else. I was a little taken back, thinking that he might be apologetic or at least courteous. I asked if p and p would be reimbursed to which I was greeted by a mouth full of utter rage. I asked if they would need more fabric, to which he said I dont know. I suggested I give him the order number assuming that orders numbers would correspond to fabric! His reply, why would he have an order number associated with fabric sent in? He still couldnt tell me if I needed to supply more fabric after asking three times. Such an obnoxious man! Would have to be paid to use this service again.

. Took my 20 year old Berghaus coat in for full length zip replacement,the staff were very helpful and completed the work in a few days. Brilliant service Well done Thankyou Charlie Gibson

5 star reviews should only be given when you received outstanding service or products. Harlequin fully deserve our 5 stars. Late last Wednesday afternoon I turned up at their store with a HUGE gazebo canopy and an enormous 12m long personalised banner and asked the amazing Jane if she could somehow combine the two. Oh, and I needed it done by Friday afternoon. Even though Jane had never tackled such a large and unruly piece of polyester fabric, she worked out how to tackle the job and did it within just one day. I collected the now fully personalised gazebo canopy which went on display at the Manningtree Vintage Market on Saturday morning. All I can say is AMAZING service, AMAZINGLY fast and AMAZINGLY affordable. Thank you Harlequin and the AMAZING Jane :)

Excellent an fast service! Couldn't have been done better. I ordered belt buckles which were leather covered to my requirements and are exactly what I had been looking for. No trouble with customs etc.
