        Dave is a gentle and patient instructor with a great sense of humour, but this belies his deeply serious dedication to these ancient arts that he is determined to share with others so that they may benefit from them. I have found Qi Gung to be of immense personal benefit, both physically and spiritually. The studio is a wonderful space in which to learn and practice.

        I have been practising Chi Kung with Dave for nearly a year. I am now 70 and was apprehensive about my ability to do this. Daves relaxed, friendly and patient approach is perfect for me. Although I only go once a week I have felt the benefits with increased flexibility and well being. Thoroughly recommend The Tai Chi Studio.
