        I have to say cracking service from start to finish. Called Hastings Direct Emergency re boiler packing up. Engineer attended as promised and problem resolved very quickly, Very impressed with professionism of the engineer. Thank you we have heating back.

        Absolutely useless company. Sent out a soppy lump to fix issue with boiler. He was clueless. Spent most of time searching YouTube. This morning another engineer turns up, who in fairness bothered to check heater tank. Fitted a part that didn't need fitting and now been told we need a power flush due to maintenance issues. Do yourself a favour, AVOID!
