Ab cars (Essex)

I don't usually write reviews but thought I needed to here as I was very impressed with the service I received, I needed a van quickly but was very dubious because of the current global situation, I found a lovely van at ab cars Essex an rang an spoke to a lovely guy who was very helpful indeed, I was aloud a time convenient to myself to come and view the van without any interaction from anyone an look at it and around it without pressure and for as long as I liked, the van was very nice and had very obviously been cleaned and sanitised all to a high standard which I thought very respectable, I was very impressed with how everything was done i felt at ease in a safe environment an the guys are obviously very knowledgeable, i would definitely recommend even if like me you are very wary of the current situation they seem to have everything in order for a safe contact free viewing.

After two weeks of Taking my deposit they then couldnt prove they owned the van. I needed a van so went elsewhere. Never did see the money after calling them many times.

Bought two vehicles in the space of two years from them, i wanted an upgrade and seeing as I had no problems at all with the van i had previously bought from them I had no hesitation in going back, always a stress free no pushing or hassle environment and will defo recommend, if I ever need another van in the future it will be the first place I look can't fault them at all.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - Very poor communication with many ignored calls and messages. Cambelt that was Freshly changed on arrival with them but not documented failed within 2 weeks, not covered by their warranty, 5 weeks without van, refused rejection that Im legally entitled to, returned with massive oil leak and further 300 spent fixing part left broken due to incorrect fitting, still not paid me back for having it low loaded back to them, didnt deliver back to me, no compensation for hire/courtesy vehicle. Ignoring me completely now so taking to small claims court.
