This is a little gem of a used furnisture place. We got two book cases for 15 and it was a warm welcoming place to visit. Definitely be using again.

As much as I enjoy pre-owned furniture, I was a little hesitant about buying a dining table and chairs sight unseen from a seller on Etsy. Reading through their reviews, I could see they were mixed; some people were really happy with the service the received, some were not as the items they ordered arrived damaged or didnt arrive at all. However, given the price for the table and 5 chairs, I thought it was worth a punt. Communication from the seller was good; they contacted me straight away to get my mobile number to give to the delivery driver, who I was told will contact me within a few days to let me know what day the items would arrive. After a few days, I had heard nothing, so I contacted the seller asking them to investigate. Having not heard anything by the following day, I contact the seller again, who it appears didnt read my previous message properly. However, shortly after this second contact, the delivery driver contacted me with a day and time window for delivery. The table and chairs arrived on the day, within the time window given. However, there was supposed to be 5 chairs and I only received 4. The driver confirmed that there was supposed to be 5 chairs and took a photo as proof of delivery. I contacted the seller again about the missing chair and was told they will find the 5th chair and get it sent out to you. No apology and no mention of when this would happen. Additionally, the chairs I did receive and the table had some scuff marks on them from transport. My guess is the delivery driver never placed them on a blanket of anything and dragged them to the edge of the van when it came time to deliver to me. Also, one of the legs of the chairs was broken. Fortunately, I was able to buff out the scuffs on the edge of the table. The chairs though will require some attention. The joints are a little loose and I'll have to repair the aforementiond break. Also, the screws needed to attach the tabletop to the base were not included. Its a good thing I had screws of the correct length in my toolbox. That being said, overall, the condition of the table is good; all stable and no hidden marks or damage. Maybe it would be better collecting from them in person, but as I do not drive and given where they are located, that was not an option for me. So, for the reasons already stated (no screws, missing chair, no apology) I am giving this company 3 stars. However, this might drop to 2 stars depending on what happems with the 5th chair *Edit* So, I contacted them again this morning asking for an update on when I can expect the missing chair to be delivered. Their response, We will let you know as soon as we have more information. Still no apology or even a simple sorry for the mistake. Really poor customer service, hence me changing the review to 1 star
