        Recently purchased a water softener and now wouldn't be without it. All my taps, sinks and toilet are beautifully shiny and limescale free. It's also lovely on the skin and washing my hair is lovely.

I was previously found another so called a large brand name, but I have been postponed and postponed without letting me know before hand, until I called them. I then realised we should support local, family business. They are responsive, reliable, and very smooth service. No regret.

        Very happy with the sales and engineer visits we had from Softflow Water Softeners. The TwinTec Cobalt is great, at our previous address we had a different brand and always ended up forgetting to add salt when needed. With the Cobalt I get reminders on my phone when running low and can re-order salt through the app from Softflow. Recommended.
