        Website states they will get back to you within a week to arrange firewood delivery after paying in full, up front. My appointment took 5 weeks to arrange after some chasing up. They dont answer the phone so you need to communicate via email. I was eventually sent an email asking what dates I couldnt accept a delivery and I stated that there was only one day I wasnt available over the next month and they promptly arranged delivery for that same date! I was told that the driver would contact me to warn me of approx delivery time but I never got a call and he just showed up.
