I cant recommend this family run company enough! I received excellent customer service from start to finish and I am extremely happy with the finished products. I started off with wanting candle labels printed and ended up getting them to create printed candle boxes and hole punched swing tags as well because I was so happy with their print quality. Ben was always quick at responding to my emails and super friendly. He really did go the extra mile for this print job and I cant praise him enough. Not only did he adjust my artwork so it would print out better and sent over printed proofs before the final print run, but he gave lots of expert advice when I couldnt decide on print colours and the packaging finish. He provided me with different quotes and lead times in a timely manner for the different options he gave too. Ben applied the labels to my candles for me as well - I wanted a professional finish for these and he delivered! He even fixed my CLP labels that werent applied correctly by another company too! Before applying the labels to my candle boxes I gave him, he notified me that the boxes I supplied were damaged. I was so pleased he did this and I ended up seeing whether he could print new candle boxes for me to solve this problem I had. This was not an issue at all, he came up with a proof straight away and fitted this extra print job into his schedule. The turnaround time for the labels, printed boxes and swing tags was really quick too which helped me out a lot and I was able to retail my candles before closing due the lockdown restrictions. Its difficult to find a print company like this one and I am so lucky that I found them on Facebook. I really cant thank Ben enough and I will definitely be working with him and the Printworks team in the future.

I was creating a football programme themed booklet for my daughters wedding and needed it to be professionally printed. I found Printworks via a Facebook recommendation on a local group from a few years ago. Ben was super responsive to emails and the whole team seemed genuinely interested in my project. Although I used MS Word, not their software of choice, they sorted out the bleeding from the PDF I provided and the results far exceeded my expectations. The turnaround time was super fast too and I will be recommending these guys to anyone who needs printing done. I am a VERY happy customer.

So this is my second experience using this amazing business and I have to say.just WOW!!! Fred, Ben and Jay.thank you all so much for your hard work in getting Grannys funeral programme sorted. In such a short space of time you came through in such an amazing way! The programmes look AMAZING!!! Better than we could have ever expected. The customer service from these guys is just EXCELLENT. Very hospitable and super quick to reply to emails, excellent communication throughout the whole process. Will always use these guys for our printing jobs! I bring a ton of stress but they love me all the same! Hahahaa! Enjoy the chocolates guys! You deserve it and so much more! I wont bring that much stress next time I promise! Hahaha!
